Job summary
HomeServe Membership Ltd is hiring a Plumbing Engineer to service customers in their homes, carrying out repairs and maintenance across plumbing systems. You'll diagnose issues, perform 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties, and deliver excellent customer service on every site.

Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Experience working in domestic properties.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
- Positive, proactive approach; active culture and equal voice for all.
Responsibilities
- As a Plumbing Engineer, diagnose and fix plumbing issues in customers' homes.
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
- Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
- Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
- Represent HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
