Job summary
HomeServe Plc. is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in Watford to diagnose and fix plumbing issues across domestic properties, performing 1st and 2nd fix work and maintaining household plumbing systems.
You’ll manage jobs independently with excellent customer service, visiting customers’ homes and representing HomeServe with professionalism. The role requires a Level 2 Plumbing qualification and a valid UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Experience working in domestic properties.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
- A positive, proactive approach to your work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework
- Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties
- Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems
- Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
