• Previous management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections.
• Coordinate field engineers.
• Manage fleet issues.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Liaise with office planners / team leaders.
• Conduct one-to-ones.
• Vehicle utilisation.
• Resource availability.
• Assist the client with high profile jobs.
• Monitor engineers’ performances.
• HR liaison on disciplinaries, interviews and pathway reviews.
• Look after wellbeing of field staff.
• Adhere to Lanes Group policies.
