Qualifications

• Experience directing, developing and performance‑managing field‑based operatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning/reporting software.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong operational leadership for the field team and ensure safe, efficient delivery of objectives.
• Performance-manage the field operations team to meet asset maintenance and customer service targets.
• Monitor key metrics and drive timely responses to incidents.
• Develop Network Engineers with measurable goals and regular performance reviews.
• Lead site visits and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
