Responsibilities

• Assess the Big Change system daily for new job requests.
• Allocate and dispatch jobs to crews based on scope, location and availability.
• Schedule jobs (P1/2/2a/3) and follow up.
• Update contractor assignments in Big Change and notify external teams.
• Plan jobs for crews daily and book appointments with customers.
• Maintain professional communication with customers to confirm scheduling.
• Coordinate with other units for joint activities.
