Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking an Operations Support Manager to serve as the operational link across five clinics in Central Lancashire and Greater Manchester. This field-based role supports Partners, Lead Vets and the Network team to keep practices running smoothly with hands-on operational help.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, rotas, payroll, stock and compliance, visiting sites regularly. The role includes weekend rotation and requires a full UK driving licence with strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in operations, field management or multi-site environment.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and day-to-day service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Experience with operational systems such as Workday, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across 5 clinics, visiting each site regularly.
• Collaborate with Partners and Lead Vets to resolve operational challenges.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage rotas, resource planning, leave and locum requirements.
• Support payroll, finance, stock and invoice processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities and accommodation requirements.
• Ensure Health & Safety and compliance requirements are completed.
• Assist with incidents, complaints and operational improvements.
• Work with Network team to drive consistency across practices.
