Job summary

Medivet is seeking an Operations Support Manager to act as the key operational link across a field-based network of clinics in Central Lancashire & Greater Manchester. You’ll work with Partners, Lead Vets and the Network team to ensure clinics run smoothly and consistently, with no direct line management but a meaningful hands-on role.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, rotas, payroll, facilities, compliance and day-to-day problem solving across five clinics, with a typical rotation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, field management or multi-site environments.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and day-to-day service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with rostering, compliance and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across 5 clinics with regular site visits.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding of team members.
• Manage rotas, resource planning, leave and locum needs.
• Support payroll, finance, stock and invoice processes.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance and health & safety compliance.
• Address incidents, complaints and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Network team to ensure consistency across clinics.
