Job summary

Medivet in Lincolnshire is seeking an Operations Support Manager to help our clinics run smoothly across multiple sites. This hands‑on, field‑based role supports Branch Partners and Lead Vets with scheduling, recruitment, health and safety, facilities and compliance, ensuring exceptional patient care.

You will visit clinics regularly, help run team meetings, manage rotas and onboarding, review Workday dashboards, and escalate risks.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of operational delivery in a veterinary, healthcare or multi-site service setting.
Experience supporting service delivery teams across multiple locations.
Excellent organisational and planning skills to support multiple clinics effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building ability with Partners, Lead Vets and support teams.
High attention to detail in rotas, payroll and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

Visit clinics regularly to support operational and administrative tasks across the network.
Manage recruitment activity, onboarding, and assist with interviews.
Coordinate rota planning and diary management to ensure full coverage and locum support when needed.
Review Workday dashboards and payroll tasks, escalate risks when necessary.
