Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Field Manager to lead self‑employed installation teams across our home improvement projects. This field-based role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality installations while maintaining excellent customer service within Anglian's standards.

You will oversee multiple teams, support skill development, and address customer queries to ensure smooth project completion and compliance with safety guidelines.

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally to enable prompt settlement on completion.
• Ensure installations meet H&S standards.
