Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an Installation Supervisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and oversee six to seven installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality work. You will support crews to develop their skills while maintaining strict health and safety standards on site.

A knowledge of installation processes and strong organisational and customer-facing abilities are essential, and a valid driver’s licence is required to travel within the region.

• Ability to coordinate multiple installation teams and timings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure installations meet Health & Safety standards.
