Job summary

Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the frontline field engineers covering Speen and surrounding areas. You will oversee clean water services on a 24/7 basis, ensuring safety, quality, and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role is hybrid with site visits and field leadership across multiple sites. The successful candidate will drive performance, maintain safety standards, and manage an out-of-hours rota with additional pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing frontline field team.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
