Celnor is seeking a Field Team Supervisor to lead clean water network operations across London and the Thames Valley. You will provide day-to-day leadership, technical guidance and operational support to field teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong network knowledge and excellent stakeholder engagement to protect water quality and meet client expectations. Permanent, day or night shifts available.

Formación

• Experience in clean water network operations including mains isolations, asset proving, leakage detection and investigations.
• Proven supervisory or mentoring experience in a field-based environment.
• Strong understanding of water quality, network monitoring equipment and GIS/network plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate field operations, ensuring safety and efficiency across multiple sites.
• Supervise Water Network Technicians and Operatives; plan isolations and investigations.
• Provide technical guidance on asset proving, tracing and network investigations.
• Oversee flushing, leakage detection, pressure management and water quality activities.
• Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and safety standards.
