Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead a frontline team of field engineers across the Thames Valley network in South Oxfordshire. You will ensure safe, reliable clean water services 24/7, manage performance, and coordinate with planning teams and contractors.

Hybrid role based near Kidlington with site visits; 36 hours per week and a valid UK driving licence required. You will drive customer service excellence while complying with health and safety standards and implementing

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading frontline field engineers or operational teams.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication with key stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to maintain safety and health standards and ensure safe working practices.

Responsibilities
