Job summary

Celnor Group is seeking a Field Team Supervisor to lead field operations across clean water networks in London and the Thames Valley. You will provide day-to-day leadership, technical guidance and ensure safe, efficient delivery of network work while maintaining high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on supervision of Water Network Technicians and Operatives, coordinating isolations, investigations and quality checks, with a focus on safety, customer service

Qualifications

• Strong experience in clean water network operations.
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience in a field-based environment.
• Good understanding of water quality and network monitoring equipment.
• Ability to coordinate field teams and oversee multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field operations to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Supervise Water Network Technicians and Operatives across multiple sites.
• Plan and oversee mains isolations, asset proving and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and client requirements.
• Coach and develop team members and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and reports.
