Job description

The Position

OPSWAT continues to grow, and following exceptional business results, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive further business growth in Northern Europe – UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, Europe and based in the UK, you’ll work closely with sales, channel and sales-engineering colleagues and regional sales and marketing leaders to build, agree and execute a field marketing plan that creates leads that demonstrably converge into opportunities and closed business. You will also work closely with our network of channel partners.

What You Will Be Doing

Marketing Alignment and Execution:
  1. Investment appraisals, proposal generation, and securing the best value from suppliers to optimise budget utilisation and return on investment (ROI).
  2. Event management, including selection, execution and follow-up.
  3. Advocate for your region’s needs and secure appropriate support by collaborating with corporate marketing functions, including creative, digital marketing, and social media teams, to drive positive outcomes for your region’s performance while amplifying the OPSWAT brand.
  4. Manage local marketing budgeting and process adherence.
Sales Alignment & Support:
  1. Assist and align OPSWAT sales teams with region-focused marketing activities, such as webinars, local collaborations, and marketing material creation and localisation.
  2. Manage the lead flow and follow-up reporting outcomes for all activities.
Channel Partner Marketing:
  1. Collaborate with channel sales colleagues and provide planning and program management support for joint marketing investments and programmes.
  2. Review and provide feedback on marketing plans and assist partners in executing co-marketing activities.
  3. Track outcomes and return on investment of channel marketing activities.

What We Need from You

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years B2B technology field and channel marketing experience.
  3. Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events.
  4. Experience executing outbound email marketing and social media campaigns.
  5. Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing channel market development funds.
  6. Excellent time management skills and ability to work with remote teams with high autonomy.
  7. Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity with a winning attitude, agility, and pride in exceeding goals.
  8. Passion to continuously monitor the success of marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners and stakeholders and implement new ideas to improve performance.
  9. Effective communicator and influencer.
  10. Ability to travel throughout EMEA as necessary.
  11. Excellent speaking, writing, analytical and presentation skills.
  12. Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  13. Native or fluent English speaker based in the UK.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  1. Practical experience working with a CRM system – HubSpot and Salesforce are preferred.
  2. Practical experience with market intelligence and ABM tools – Cognism, 6Sence preferred.
  3. Cybersecurity and/or enterprise SaaS experience.
