Job description

We are now hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our regional team in Northern Europe and the Nordics, to take our commercial planning and activation to the next level. Based in Richmond, you will work with motivated internal and distributor teams across 9 markets. You will be responsible for planning and executing the commercial growth drivers in collaboration with Distributors, establishing the next phase of growth for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead planning and execution of growth drivers across all channels and customers, developing an annual activity calendar to accelerate brand growth.
  2. Develop aligned activity calendars, including assets, brand events, and activations across physical and digital channels, ensuring omnichannel integration.
  3. Collaborate with Distributors and cross-functional teams to identify market, shopper, customer, and consumer insights, creating relevant growth drivers and activation targets.
  4. Evaluate the impact of growth drivers to identify effective strategies and foster continuous performance improvement.
