Job Overview

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will adapt and execute the EMEA marketing strategy, primarily in the UK, Nordics, Germany, and Eastern Europe, supporting local market penetration and new business development.

You will manage an Event Coordinator, coordinate with agencies and freelancers, and work closely with content, digital, and sales teams to plan, develop, execute, measure, and optimize lead generation campaigns and events.

You will support large account approaches through targeted tactics. This position reports to the EMEA Marketing Manager – Core Markets.

This is a 100% remote position, based in EMEA, preferably in France or the UK.

Candidate Profile
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in managing marketing activities within IT/software companies
  • Strong leadership skills, highly dynamic and creative
  • Eager to work with renowned brands and curious about new technologies
Responsibilities
  • Define and adapt local marketing strategies aligned with EMEA goals
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and company events
  • Support large account conversion with targeted programs
  • Develop campaign assets with content and copywriting support
  • Analyze campaign results and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market, database, and competition analysis
  • Manage data segmentation and explore data insights
  • Lead and coordinate with external vendors and agencies
  • Manage budget and financial reporting
Requirements
  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/software
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, marketing automation (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills
  • Independent worker with excellent communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent English; German is a plus
