As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to help shape our brand, drive awareness, and elevate our marketing strategies.

Role Overview

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead brand storytelling, campaign execution, and audience engagement to strengthen MAAREE’s presence in the market. You’ll develop and execute brand marketing strategies and drive initiatives that enhance brand equity and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aligned with MAAREE’s mission and business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, social, retail, PR, email and partnerships.
  • Manage our brand voice, tone, and messaging to resonate with our audience.
  • Increase brand visibility through partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of seasonal and product launch campaigns, including creative development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with performance marketing, social media, and content teams to align messaging and execution.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement, reach, and ROI.
Partnerships & PR
  • Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage.
  • Manage and grow athlete and ambassador partnerships.
  • Collaborate with retailers and event partners to increase visibility and engagement.
  • You will be required to travel, to meet the team, influencers, sponsored teams and events to capture content. Some international travel may be required.
Customer Insights & Market Research
  • Utilise market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with customer service to understand feedback and integrate insights into brand messaging.
Budget Management & Reporting
  • Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with ROI.
  • Analyse key brand KPIs, including awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years experience in brand marketing, consumer goods, sportswear, or fashion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to manage influencers, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for women’s sports and fitness is a plus.
  • We may not keep to the traditional 9-5:30 when working on special projects.
