About the Role

This is a high-visibility marketing role requiring a strong background in field marketing and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

As the UKI Field Marketing Manager, you will:

• Lead Go-to-Market Strategies
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales leadership and global field marketing teams, focusing on New Logo, Upsell, and Cloud Cross-sell.
• Drive Measurable Results
• Own the marketing pipeline. Manage budgets, performance metrics, and quarterly targets to ensure clear, measurable outcomes.
• Utilise Data for Strategic Decision-Making
• Leverage analytics to target the right prospects and customers. Optimise marketing spend and campaign performance across segments.
• Orchestrate Campaigns Across Channels
• Coordinate digital, event-based, executive, and top-account programs in alignment with broader business objectives.
• Align with Key Stakeholders
• Work closely with senior sales leaders, area VPs, account executives, and business development teams to drive shared success.
• Collaborate Globally
• Partner with global field marketing to amplify demand generation and campaign success across the board.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign leadership
• Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline creation
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies
