Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Field Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee self-employed installation teams, inspect works and ensure installations meet Anglian quality standards. You will be field-based, coordinating multiple teams and maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 6-7 installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
• Handle customer installation queries or issues professionally to enable prompt settlement on completion.
• Ensure installations comply with Health & Safety standards.
