Job summary

Safestyle is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead, support and organise our self-employed installation teams in the field. You will inspect completed work, keep projects on track and ensure every installation meets Safestyle's quality standards while delivering a first-class customer experience.

You will oversee 6-7 installation teams, coach and support teams to perform at their best, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards, aiming for exceptional customer satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of installation processes, best practice and quality workmanship.
• Confident on-site presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar home improvement or construction role.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
