Job summary

Anglian is seeking a Field Manager to lead and organise our self-employed Installation teams across the region. You will inspect works, ensure timely, high-quality installations and provide frontline customer service in line with Anglian standards.

You will monitor multiple teams, support skill development and resolve customer queries, while adhering to health and safety requirements. A valid driving licence and local travel are required; a competitive salary and company car are included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Strong on-site presence and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home improvement or construction industry.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's licence for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in Anglian standards.
• Monitor 6–7 installation teams for timely, quality work.
• Support installation teams to develop their skills.
• Resolve customer queries professionally to enable prompt settlement.
• Ensure installations comply with health and safety standards.
