Job summary

Severn Trent is seeking a Network Logistics Technician to support the Network Construction Team during a major mains renewal programme. You will manage delivery of construction plant, equipment and materials to sites, maintain stock levels, and ensure safe, compliant operations on site.

Working a 42-hour week (Mon-Fri, 7:30–16:30, 16:00 finish Fridays) you will liaise with internal teams and external partners, operate lifting equipment as required, and uphold health and safety standards while

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics role, working on Mains Renewal schemes.
• NCO qualification or equivalent required.
• UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Order and deliver plant, specialist tools and equipment as required, including chlorination and pipe delivery.
• Carry out daily and ad-hoc warehouse tasks, stock control, vehicle inspections, and data entry.
• Liaise with stakeholders and support construction teams while ensuring site safety and environmental compliance.
