Job summary

Severn Trent is recruiting for a Network Construction Engineer (Technician) to operate assets on the network and deliver large-scale mains renewal work at specified locations. The role involves assisting the Network Construction Manager with scoping and delivery, and working with the Lead Operative to execute on-site activities.

Ideal candidates will hold a full driving license with National Water Hygiene and NRSWA, and have significant experience in the utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Full driving license required.
• National Water Hygiene and NRSWA desirable.
• Experience in utility-based industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre-site checks with Network Construction Manager.
• Support scheme delivery and on-site construction activities.
• Carry out valving due diligence and flushing/disinfection tasks.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of mains and assets.
