Job summary

Liftec Express seeks a dynamic New Business Sales Executive to drive lift maintenance contracts across Milton Keynes, Luton and Cambridge. This field-based role offers a £50,000–£65,000 basic with £10,000–£15,000 OTE, car allowance and monthly mileage. Full-time and UK-wide travel are included as the company scales toward ambitious growth.

You will build a pipeline, engage decision-makers, conduct site visits and lead tender submissions to win long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Consultative, relationship-led selling with SPIN-style approaches.
• Ability to understand customer pressure points and build trust over long sales cycles.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with proposals and tenders.
• Good CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Lead and complete tender submissions, including full commercial review.
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Keep your CRM pipeline and forecasting accurate.
• Work with our operational teams to ensure a smooth handover once business is won.
