Fuller’s is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join the Talent & Development team. This field-based role supports pubs and hotels by delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability and enhance service culture.

You will coach managers and teams, drive training programmes, and promote digital learning across the estate. You will work closely with operational leaders to identify learning needs, deliver practical solutions and embed our Be the Difference values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops or development programmes in an operational setting.
• Experience coaching managers and teams to improve capability, performance and engagement.
• Passion for developing people with ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Operational credibility, ideally in hospitality, retail or multi-site businesses.
• Experience supporting openings, refurbishments or change programmes is advantageous.
• Experience delivering leadership, service or behavioural skills training is beneficial.
• Familiarity with learning technology and platforms such as Attensi is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-relations skills.
• High energy and strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Support training during pub and hotel investment, refurbishment and reopening projects.
• Deliver face-to-face workshops, team training and development programmes across Fuller’s estate.
• Coach managers and teams to improve performance, capability and engagement.
• Facilitate core L&D programmes and support key business initiatives.
• Promote use of Attensi and other digital learning opportunities.
• Identify learning needs with operational leaders and provide practical solutions.
• Act as ambassador for the Be the Difference culture and uphold values.
• Build relationships across levels to support continuous learning.
