Renault Retail Group is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our UK IT team. This field-based role covers more than 17 retail locations across London, Home Counties and wider UK, based from Hayes.

You will provide on-site support, install and maintain IT infrastructure, and support field deployments while collaborating with an extended IT team. A full driving licence and significant travel are required.

Formación

• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment knowledge.
• Experience supporting end-user devices and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work across multi-site retail environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support across multiple dealerships and resolve hardware, software and end-user issues.
• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, printers and POS devices.
• Deliver 1st- to 3rd-line incident resolution across sites and manage local IT projects.
