Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Field IT Support Engineer to cover Midlands to the South Coast. The role is remote with travel across the Midlands and South of England, 37.5 hours per week, on a four-month fixed-term basis.

You will work with the Infrastructure Manager to support end-user technology and infrastructure projects. You’ll provide remote 1st/2nd line IT support, cover Windows/Microsoft 365, handle hardware and network issues, and assist with new site rollouts and server

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support across a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, 365 and AD.
• Exposure to SQL, networking and server infrastructure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist with site deployments and infrastructure projects.
• Support Windows Server and virtual environments.
• Work with SQL databases and business applications.
• Maintain system security, patches and backups.
• Contribute to IT projects and deliver excellent customer service.
