Job summary

Greenpoint Computer Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Field IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support across multiple customer sites in the Farnborough area. You will work on end-user computing, servers, networks and Microsoft 365, combining on-site problem solving with strong customer communication.

You will build trusted relationships with customers, raise and manage tickets, perform proactive maintenance to improve reliability and security, and drive improvements across

Qualifications

• On-site IT support across multiple customer sites.
• Experience installing, administering and supporting workstations from Lenovo/Dell/HP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 user accounts and licences.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to drive company vehicles.
• DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive field-based IT support across multiple customer sites.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and dependable service.
• Carry out proactive maintenance to improve reliability, performance and security.
• Identify and implement practical improvements across customer networks and infrastructure.
• Raise, manage and update support tickets through to resolution.
• Administer user accounts and Microsoft 365 licences; manage end-user devices.
