Job summary

Radius in Belfast is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to audit and optimize IT infrastructure across our customer base. You will perform onsite support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and document findings to conform to standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and a willingness to travel to different sites. Hybrid work model with occasional after-hours upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or field support engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with onsite IT setup, troubleshooting, and hardware installation.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple audit and support tasks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different sites (valid driver's license required).
