Job summary

Tieva is seeking an IT Engineer to deliver on-site IT support in Leeds. The role involves supporting end users, collaborating with the internal IT team, and assisting with laptop/mobile device rollouts across client sites.

Occasional facility visits may be required, with a rolling schedule of three weeks on-site and one week at the head office or other client sites. The successful candidate will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and SharePoint Online, while maintaining end-user devices,

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Experience managing Azure resources, identities and devices.
• Familiarity with Intune device management and security policies.
• Experience with SharePoint Online site administration and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support across client environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure resources and user identities.
• Configure and maintain Intune-managed devices and security policies.
• Troubleshoot cloud, endpoint and user issues; escalate where needed.
