Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Field Support Engineer/AV Support in Canary Wharf. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networking systems for multi‑vendor environments.

Responsibilities include on-site asset tagging, testing new equipment, and ensuring seamless access for new or existing employees. The role requires strong desktop OS knowledge, familiarity with video conferencing, and the ability to manage IT assets and escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services and onsite IT asset management.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN basics and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop OS and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair IT hardware, software, and networking assets on site.
• Diagnose hardware performance issues and replace workstation components as needed.
• Tag, track, and manage IT assets during rollouts and end-of-life disposal.
• Conduct on-site testing and video conferencing setup for meetings.
• Escalate issues to experts to ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operating systems and applications used by the company.
