Job summary

NatCen Social Research is seeking a Field Interviewer to visit addresses across an assigned area and conduct in-home interviews on topics that matter to communities. You will listen, build trust and record responses using a NatCen device, travelling to households during evenings and weekends as required.

This travel-based role offers flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. You do not need prior research experience; training is provided to ensure accurate data collection and

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check.
• Reliable home broadband.

Responsibilities

• Visit addresses to carry out in-home interviews across an assigned area.
• Guide conversations and record responses using the NatCen device.
• Travel to interview locations and manage route planning.
• Support interviews during evenings and weekends as required.
• Contribute to data collection that informs policy and services.
