Job summary

Bhid-Group is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead installation teams across London and surrounding areas, delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high workmanship standards.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, installers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth projects and timely issue resolution while driving continuous improvement and accountability.

• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Carry out initial product surveys and provide accurate site details for drawings.
