Wickes is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Wickes Approved Installers across a defined area, building strong partnerships with installers and customers. You will maximise profitability while guaranteeing quality and service levels that meet and exceed expectations.

You’ll manage SLAs, drive cost control and compliance, develop SOPs, and mentor a team to deliver on-time installations.

Qualificações

• A degree is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with best practices, performance management, on-site installations, subcontractors, and improving SOPs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of installers, fostering a customer-focused mindset and driving high performance and satisfaction rates (including VOC metrics).
• Ensure all installer SLAs are executed to business standards, maintaining coverage and utilisation to meet installation volumes and sales targets.
• Negotiate and administer cost controls, ensuring legal, health & safety compliance (including Part P, Gas Safe, Asbestos regulations).
• Mitigate customer dissatisfaction and brand risk through stakeholder relationships and site visits to drive installation quality.
