Job summary

Wickes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Wickes Approved Installers across a defined region. You will drive performance, ensure high standards of service, and align installation activity with sales targets and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coaching installers, managing SLAs, overseeing compliance and safety, and developing strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with best practices, performance management, on-site installations, subcontractors, and improving SOPs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of installers across a defined area.
• Ensure installer SLAs are met, coverage is optimal, and targets are achieved.
• Negotiate cost controls and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
• Maintain robust stakeholder relationships and drive quality through site visits.
