Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Approved Installers across a defined area. You will develop the team, manage service standards, and drive profitability while ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

With a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will champion Wickes principles, support apprenticeship programmes, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise installation delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a network of Wickes Approved Installers across a defined area.
• Ensure SLAs and service standards are met; optimise coverage and utilisation.
• Negotiate costs and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Drive quality and customer satisfaction through site visits and escalation management.
