Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for the Thornhill (DG3) area to install and repair fibre networks. You will arrange daily and weekly work schedules, perform surveys, perform tests, and troubleshoot while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

The role is outdoors, physically demanding, with a 40-hour week and occasional Saturdays. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of demanding outdoor work.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• DBS check required.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly fibre install and repair schedules.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
