Job summary

Circet Kelso is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our UK team. You will organise and perform fibre installations and repairs outdoors, surveying, testing and troubleshooting to meet client expectations.

The role is physically demanding and requires a full UK driving licence and DBS check. You will travel as needed and may work one Saturday in four; Circet offers 25 days’ annual leave, life assurance and access to EAP and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Physically capable of demanding work including climbing, outdoor environments and heavy lifting.
Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
Basic DBS check is required.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in varying weather conditions.
Maintain professional customer service with residents, clients and stakeholders.
Perform full fibre installations, surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safety and regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks.
Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
