Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician in Penrith. The role involves organising schedules for fibre installations, performing field tasks outdoors, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

You will survey, install, test, and troubleshoot fibre infrastructure while maintaining safety and compliance in all operations. The position requires a valid UK driving licence, DBS check, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work (lifting, climbing)
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Full clean UK manual driving licence
• Basic DBS check
• Right to work in the UK
• Health & safety conscious in field environments

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments with safety compliance
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, clients and third parties
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous service improvements
