Job summary

Circet UK is recruiting a Service Delivery Technician to join the Peebles team. You will organise schedules and perform Fibre installations, surveying, testing and troubleshooting in outdoor, physically demanding conditions.

You will ensure excellent customer service, engage in safety practices, and participate in team meetings to drive performance. Full training is provided, with travel and occasional weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, including climbing and lifting.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedules for Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role in varied weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risk; ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve service.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks proactively.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
