Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated B2B Dispatcher in Manchester to coordinate field engineers and ensure timely service delivery for customers. You will assign engineers by location and skill, manage scheduling, and provide regular customer updates while maintaining high satisfaction.

In this role you will build strong internal relationships, monitor routing processes and performance, and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration with management and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with adaptable styles.
• Conflict resolution and proactive escalation handling.
• Ability to use multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
