Job summary

NCR Atleos in Leicester is seeking a Field Engineer to diagnose faults and repair ATM modules on-site within an assigned territory. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring satisfaction under SLA terms.

The role requires a valid UK manual driving license, strong geographical knowledge, and experience in IT or mechanical repair. Full training is provided, and a company vehicle is available with fuel benefits and mileage considerations.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK manual driving license.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• PIA licences desirable, but if you dont hold one, it will be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region.
