Job summary

Seal Ltd. is seeking a field-based implementation consultant to deploy and integrate our platform on customer sites within GxP environments, migrate data and drive end-to-end ROI.

You will embed with customers on their labs and production lines, travel as needed, deploy ELN/QMS/LIMS/MES configurations, train users and present results to diverse stakeholders, from bench scientists to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Deep technical background in engineering, chemical engineering or biology.
• Experience in quality, automation or life sciences is preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally and work on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Go on site and immerse yourself in a customer's workflows to identify real problems.
• Deploy and configure Seal against live GxP processes (ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES) and own the outcome end to end.
• Migrate customers off paper, spreadsheets and legacy systems.
• Run training that leads to lasting adoption beyond go-live.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from bench scientists to the C-suite.
• Develop the product in the field by writing features, integrations and fixes, and feed back into Seal.
