Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven PM/PO in life sciences or lab environments.
• Experience managing diverse scientific and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ELN, LIMS or lab informatics and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the product roadmap for laboratory instrument integration initiatives.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across R&D, PD, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing and IT.
• Capture, analyse and prioritise business and technical requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of laboratory integration projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with scientists, instrument vendors and software delivery teams.
• Define product vision, strategy and success metrics for lab connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate integration of diverse instruments and platforms.
• Ensure data generated by equipment is captured and integrated into digital ecosystems.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners.
• Support adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
