Network Scientific Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer with life science/healthcare experience to support clean rooms and biocontainment environments. The role is homebased with travel to client sites primarily around London and surrounding areas across the UK and Ireland.

You will test, calibrate and troubleshoot instruments, conduct site surveys and deliver customer training while maintaining health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Be qualified or time-served in related engineering discipline preferably within life science and healthcare sectors.
• Experience with installation, commissioning and service of building services and equipment in laboratories.
• Demonstrated ability to use instrumentation such as manometers, anemometers, bolometers, sound level meters and temperature and humidity meters.
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Testing and validation at client sites across the UK and Ireland.
• Calibration of instruments and gauges.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Site surveys and feasibility reports.
• Delivery of client training for operations and maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote support for test equipment.
• Provide daily updates on works to the operations team and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met.
• The position is homebased but travel to client sites will be required around the London and surrounding areas.
