Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Field Delivery Coordinator for its London team. You will understand resource requirements and constraints to prioritise resources, supporting the demands of field engineers. The role requires organisational excellence, clear team communication, and effective stakeholder engagement.

The base location is Crossness STW, East London, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm. Your duties include planning and coordinating field resources, maintaining schedule integrity,

Qualifications

• Must be organised with good scheduling/planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with important business systems (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Driving licence preferable.
• Ability to understand resource requirements and prioritise deployment for field engineers.
