Thames Water is seeking a Field Delivery Coordinator for its London team. You will understand resource requirements and constraints to prioritise resources, supporting the demands of field engineers. The role requires organisational excellence, clear team communication, and effective stakeholder engagement.

We are currently recruiting a Field Delivery Coordinator to work within our London team. You will be responsible for understanding resource requirements and constraints to prioritise our resources effectively to support the demands of the field engineers' work.

This role carries a high level of responsibility and requires an organised person who can plan efficiently, will engage well within the team and can provide clear communication to the wider stakeholders involved.

The base location for this role will be Crossness STW, East London.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm.

What you should bring to the role

To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:

• Need to be organised and have a good understanding of work management processes and systems.
• You will have excellent attention to detail and good scheduling/ planning skills.
• Competent in working with business-critical systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A driving license is preferable.
