Pertemps Thames Water in London is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator for a full-time role. You will assess resource needs, prioritise tasks for field engineers, and coordinate with regional Schedulers to create adaptable processes.

The role requires clear communication and strong planning to deliver efficient field operations. Based at Crossness STW, you will plan collections and driver tasks via Salesforce, draft procedures, and ensure workloads are balanced.

Qualifikationen

• Organised with strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to prioritise workload and manage resources.
• A driving licence is preferable.

Aufgaben

• Build fluid and resilient processes across all workstreams/projects by collaborating with Schedulers.
• Draft procedures/guidelines once agreed for reference.
• Engage with counterparts to ascertain workload and requirements to prioritise jobs.
• Plan and allocate collection and delivery tasks to Support Drivers via Salesforce.
• Plan jobs for works preparation (SLG, cone offs, letter drops) and ensure materials/equipment arrive ready.
• Schedule collections and site clears to avoid penalties and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure drivers maintain a safe work environment and align with Thames Water H&S commitments.
• Manage and prioritise drivers' work stacks to meet priority jobs (2h/4h).
• Provide daily updates on resource utilisation and planned/reactive jobs.
• Review weekend forecast to plan resources effectively.
