Job summary

Made Employment Ltd, in partnership with a leading energy sector client, is recruiting experienced Debt Resolution Officers. The role is field-based and focuses on resolving outstanding customer accounts, engaging with customers, and negotiating effective repayment solutions while working toward defined performance targets.

Responsibilities include making collection calls, documenting activities, planning field travel, and negotiating payment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to delinquent payers
• Collect payments over the phone and in person, with a bias towards in-person collection
• Document all activities in the appropriate system(s)
• Plan efficient travel routes to field calls
• Research the status of corporate entities
• Perform research to determine proper ownership of the business
• Process payments, set up payment plans, follow up on accounts, monitor agreements
• Gaining additional Customer Data. E.g. Meter Reads, Vulnerabilities etc.
• Conduct Pre Disconnection Visits in line with specific requirements
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client.
• Execution of Warrants where applicable to secure payment / access to deliver resolution.
• Achieve your agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
